Over Temperature Fuse

Overtemperature fuses are critical safety devices used to protect electrical equipment from overheating. They are primarily categorized into two types: OT-F (one-time fusible temperature fuse) and OT-S (resettable thermal switch).
The OT-F fuse is designed to permanently disconnect the circuit when the temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold. This one-time use characteristic makes it ideal for applications where a single failure point is acceptable. Once the OT-F fuse has blown, it must be replaced to restore functionality. On the other hand, the OT-S fuse operates differently. It is a resettable thermal switch that interrupts the circuit when the temperature rises above a specified limit. This feature makes OT-S fuses particularly suitable for applications like LED Lighting, Transformer, Motor,Battery,Hair Dryer,Heater,Oven and charger.
